Two Hundred Years on Main Street

Conway's Corner House has stood on Drumshanbo's Main Street since around 1820. The decorative timber shopfront, the sash windows, the raised lettering above the door. Two hundred years of Leitrim life have passed through these walls, and the welcome has never changed.

When TG4 needed a pub for its Geantrai traditional music series, they came to Conway's. Twice. Musicians like Seamus Horan, Padraig McGovern, and the Mac Namara family have played sessions here. The pub is a Super tier sponsor of the Joe Mooney Summer School, Drumshanbo's annual celebration of traditional music now in its 36th year. The music here is not a gimmick. It is why people come.

But ask any of the 226 people who left a Google review, and they will tell you the same thing: the staff make strangers feel like regulars, the Guinness is well kept, and there is nowhere in Drumshanbo quite like it. Pull up a stool. You are welcome here.
